    Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your pipeline

    Connect TechSales to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports MCP, and ask about your leads, campaigns, capacity and credits in the chat you already use. The answers come from your workspace's live data.

    In short

    • TechSales runs an MCP server. claude.ai and ChatGPT connect by signing in to TechSales; other assistants use a connection key.
    • From a customer workspace the connection only reads: it does not send messages, start campaigns, build lists or spend credits.
    • It answers about pipeline leads and stages, lists and campaigns, live campaign numbers from Instantly, HeyReach and Apollo, sending capacity, tasks, invoices and your credit balance.
    • Each person sees what they can see in the app: a rep limited to their own leads gets only those.

    Set it up

    1. In TechSales, open My preferences and find Connect your AI assistant. Copy the server address shown there.
    2. In claude.ai: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, and paste the address. In ChatGPT: Settings, Connectors, Create, with the same address.
    3. Sign in to TechSales when the assistant asks, and allow the connection.
    4. For Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf or VS Code, choose Create connection key instead. The card gives the command or configuration to paste; the key is shown once.

    Planning a list from the chat changes nothing: it returns the count, the cost and a link, and the list is built only when you press Build in TechSales.

    Access and security

    • A connection is tied to one workspace and cannot reach another. Role and membership are checked again on every request.
    • Signing in from claude.ai or ChatGPT issues a token that lasts 24 hours and is renewed; a connection key lasts a year.
    • Disconnect all assistants in the same card cancels every key and sign-in at once.
    • Reading through the assistant spends no TechSales credits.

    Frequently asked questions

    Can the assistant send emails or start a campaign?
    No. From a customer workspace it only reads. Sending and starting campaigns happen in TechSales, after your approval.
    Which assistants work?
    claude.ai and ChatGPT by signing in, and Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code or any other assistant that supports MCP with a connection key.
    Who in my team can connect?
    Any member of the workspace, for themselves. Each person's assistant sees what that person sees in TechSales.
    Is there an extra charge?
    No. The connection is part of the workspace and reading spends no credits.
