Integrations

    Integrations: your tools, your keys.

TechSales runs the tools you already have, and covers the jobs you would otherwise buy separately: people data, email finding and verification, list cleaning, copywriting, one reply Inbox and reporting. Sending stays on your own Instantly or Smartlead and HeyReach accounts, and HubSpot stays your CRM. These pages say exactly what each connection does and what moves in which direction.

    In short

    • Every integration is bring-your-own-key: work runs on your contracts, your limits and your data.
    • Keys are pasted under Settings, Connections, tested against the provider before saving and stored encrypted.
    • Email sending: Instantly or Smartlead. LinkedIn: HeyReach. CRM: HubSpot. Data: Apollo and Apify. Meetings: Calendly, Gmail and Microsoft 365 calendars.
    • Work that runs on your own key uses no TechSales credits.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I still need Apollo, Instantly or HeyReach?
Apollo: no. People search can run on TechSales' managed data source, paid with credits; connect your own Apollo key only if you already pay for it. Instantly (or Smartlead) and HeyReach: on the Studio and AI SDR plans, yes. TechSales plugs into them and sends from your own mailboxes and LinkedIn seats. On the Managed plan, the TechSales team provides and runs the sending tools. Email finding, verification, list cleaning, copywriting, the reply Inbox and reporting are built in and need no separate subscription.
    Which integrations does TechSales support?
Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach, HubSpot, Apollo, Gmail and Microsoft 365, Calendly and Apify, each covered on its own page here. Lists can also come from Clay (webhook), Google Sheets (a public sheet) and CSV, and Slack can receive a message when a meeting is booked.
    Is there a lemlist integration?
No. For a comparison, see TechSales vs lemlist.
    Who can connect a tool?
A workspace admin. On the Managed plan the TechSales team connects the tools for you.
    Where are my keys stored?
In an encrypted secret store, referenced rather than held in the application table, and never shown back in the interface. See Security.
