Features
What TechSales does, one job at a time.
TechSales runs B2B outbound on the tools you already pay for. These pages take each part on its own: what it does, how it works and where a person stays in control.
In short
- Lists are cleaned, verified and split by persona and gender before anything is sent.
- Email (Instantly) and LinkedIn (HeyReach) run in one sequence; a reply on one channel stops the other.
- An optional AI SDR builds the next list and campaign when a channel runs low on people, within a weekly credit cap.
- Replies from both channels land in one Inbox with a stage and an AI draft; Signals and Reports show what is working.
- List preparation and cleaningA list from Apollo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot or a CSV is rarely ready to send. Prepare list tidies it, sorts out what is not a person, finds and verifies emails, and splits it into groups you can write one message to.
- Email finding and verificationA bounce rate above a few percent gets a mailbox throttled. TechSales finds missing work emails and verifies every address before a campaign can start, and charges nothing for rows that come back empty.
- Email and LinkedIn in one sequenceEmail runs on Instantly and LinkedIn on HeyReach, but the person on the other end sees one conversation. TechSales decides who gets which channel, runs both on one timeline and stops the other channel the moment someone replies.
- An AI SDR that refills your campaignsWhen a mailbox or LinkedIn seat is running out of people to write to, the AI SDR builds the next list from your persona, cleans and verifies it and drafts the campaign. Depending on the mode, you press Start or it starts the campaign itself, inside a weekly credit cap.
- One Inbox for email and LinkedIn repliesReplies arrive in Instantly, Smartlead and HeyReach at different times. TechSales pulls them into one Inbox, reads what each person wants, sets a stage and drafts the answer, so you work from one list instead of three tools.
- Signals: company news, engagement and website visitsA reply, a funding round, a new leader or a return visit to your pricing page says more about timing than any list. Signals collects them in one feed, tied to the companies and people in your Pipeline.
- Reports: from list to meeting, per channelReports answers the questions a team asks every Monday: how many replies came in, how many were positive, how fast you answered, which audience worked and whether the mailboxes are healthy.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I still need Apollo, Instantly or HeyReach?
- Apollo: no. People search can run on TechSales' managed data source, paid with credits; connect your own Apollo key only if you already pay for it. Instantly (or Smartlead) and HeyReach: on the Studio and AI SDR plans, yes. TechSales plugs into them and sends from your own mailboxes and LinkedIn seats. On the Managed plan, the TechSales team provides and runs the sending tools. Email finding, verification, list cleaning, copywriting, the reply Inbox and reporting are built in and need no separate subscription.
- Do I need to replace my sending tools to use TechSales?
- No. TechSales runs on your own Instantly or Smartlead, HeyReach, Apollo, HubSpot and Calendly accounts, connected with your own API keys. See Integrations.
- Is the AI SDR required?
- No. Everything on these pages works by hand. The AI SDR is a mode you switch on per workspace: Off, Prepare or Run on its own.
- Is the interface available in Turkish?
- Yes. Each user picks English or Turkish, and numbers and dates follow the reader's format.
