Compare
TechSales compared, fairly.
How TechSales differs from the tools teams usually weigh it against, with each vendor's public pricing linked and dated, and a plain section on when the other option is the better choice.
In short
- TechSales is an outbound layer: it cleans lists, routes people to email or LinkedIn, runs your sending tools as one sequence and works every reply in one Inbox.
- Apollo and lemlist are all-in-one tools with their own database and sending. Instantly and HeyReach are sending tools that TechSales runs on.
- Competitor facts on these pages come from the vendors' own pages, checked on 23 October 2026.
- TechSales vs ApolloApollo is a sales platform built around its own B2B contact database, with sequences, a dialer and AI agents. TechSales is not a database: it is the layer that takes a list from Apollo or anywhere else, cleans and verifies it, and runs email and LinkedIn through your own sending tools. Many teams use the two together.
- TechSales vs lemlistlemlist is an all-in-one outbound tool that sends email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS itself, with its own lead database and warm-up. TechSales does not send by itself: it prepares lists and runs your Instantly and HeyReach accounts as one sequence. The choice is mostly about whether you want one tool that sends everything, or a layer over dedicated senders.
- TechSales vs running Instantly and HeyReach separatelyThis is not a choice between products: TechSales runs on Instantly and HeyReach. The real question is whether you need a layer on top of them, or whether two tools and a spreadsheet are enough for your volume.
- An Apollo alternative for selling into TürkiyeTeams selling into Türkiye usually start with Apollo and then spend hours fixing what comes out: names in capitals without Turkish letters, A.Ş. on every company, no way to tell Ahmet Bey from Ayşe Hanım. TechSales is built for that last mile. It does not claim better Turkish data than Apollo; it makes whatever data you have ready to send.

What separate tools do not do

- One inbox for every reply, with a stage and a draft
- An AI SDR that sees your sending capacity and refills it
- Data that moves between steps without an export and an import

Frequently asked questions
- Do I still need Apollo, Instantly or HeyReach with TechSales?
- Apollo: no; people search can run on TechSales' managed data source on credits, or on your own Apollo key if you already have one. Instantly (or Smartlead) and HeyReach: yes on the Studio and AI SDR plans, because TechSales sends through your own accounts; on the Managed plan TechSales provides them. Email finding, verification, list cleaning, copywriting, the Inbox and reporting are built in.
- How current are the competitor prices?
- Each comparison is dated. Prices were read from the vendors' official pricing pages on 23 October 2026 and linked under each page; vendors change them, so check the link before deciding.
- Where is TechSales' own pricing?
- On the Pricing page.
