An Apollo alternative for selling into Türkiye

Teams selling into Türkiye usually start with Apollo and then spend hours fixing what comes out: names in capitals without Turkish letters, A.Ş. on every company, no way to tell Ahmet Bey from Ayşe Hanım. TechSales is built for that last mile. It does not claim better Turkish data than Apollo; it makes whatever data you have ready to send.

    In short

    • Apollo does not publish its data coverage by country; test it on your own buyer profile before you commit.
    • TechSales can use Apollo (your key), a managed data source, Sales Navigator searches, LinkedIn post engagers or your own CSV, and treats all of them the same way.
    • For Turkish lists it restores Turkish letters, applies Turkish casing, strips A.Ş. and Ltd. Şti., guesses gender from first names and splits lists so Bey and Hanım are only used where they fit.
    • The interface is available in Turkish and replies are classified in Turkish, including out-of-office messages and dates.

    What breaks with Turkish lists

    • Exports often lose Turkish letters: Esref Simsek instead of Eşref Şimşek, Goekhan instead of Gökhan.
    • Casing rules differ: a capitalised İREM must become İrem, and a lower-case ismail becomes İsmail, not Ismail.
    • Company names carry legal suffixes (A.Ş., Ltd. Şti., San. ve Tic.) that read badly in an email.
    • Turkish business email addresses people by first name plus Bey or Hanım. A wrong guess is worse than none, so gender has to be known per person.
    • Shared mailboxes are common (bilgi@, iletisim@, satis@) and need to be caught before a send.

    How TechSales handles it

A list set to the Turkey market pack is cleaned with Turkish rules: letters restored, casing fixed, suffixes removed and a short company name created. The gender step marks each first name as male, female, unisex or unknown (Deniz, Evren and Umut are typical unisex names). Split by gender then creates separate lists, and the copy guard refuses a step or A/B version that uses Bey or Hanım on a list where it does not fit. More on this in Turkish greeting rules.

The Campaign Builder brief: company, product, target list, channel and the Turkey market (4 emails, first 90-150 words, indirect, formal), with a prompt to split a list that mixes personas

Outbound usually means five to ten separate tools, each with its own subscription and a spreadsheet between them. Prices below are the lowest published paid plan on each vendor's own pricing page as of October 2026, in US dollars, billed monthly; most are cheaper billed annually.

When Apollo on its own is enough

    • Your Turkish buyers are mostly at international companies where English and first names are normal.
    • Your volume is low enough to fix names and split lists by hand.
    • You want a dialer or Apollo's own sequences, which TechSales does not replace.

Many teams keep Apollo as the data source and connect it to TechSales. See TechSales vs Apollo.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I still need Apollo, Instantly or HeyReach with TechSales?
Apollo: no; people search can run on TechSales' managed data source on credits, or on your own Apollo key if you already have one. Instantly (or Smartlead) and HeyReach: yes on the Studio and AI SDR plans, because TechSales sends through your own accounts; on the Managed plan TechSales provides them. Email finding, verification, list cleaning, copywriting, the Inbox and reporting are built in.
Is there a Turkish B2B data source in TechSales?
TechSales does not sell its own Turkish database. People search runs on your Apollo key or the managed data source, and lists can also come from Sales Navigator, LinkedIn post engagers, HubSpot or CSV.
Can I cold email Turkish companies under KVKK?
Turkish law treats commercial messages to merchants and tradesmen differently from those to consumers, and İYS registration still applies. See KVKK and cold email; it is information, not legal advice.
Is the product available in Turkish?
Yes. Each user can switch the interface to Turkish.
